Stammler – Then and now

The history of the landmarked building Stammler leads back to the 15th century. For many generations of the Stammler family the object accomodated a brewery inn with a butcher shop. After its acquisition the Balk Group reconstructed the building extensively in 2020. On the ground floor, there are retail shops, a bakery and a butcher shop. Both upper levels were rebuilt into 12 serviced apartments.

 

At Stammler you find your high-quality temporary home, whether you are a commuter, you stay in or around Vilsbiburg for a long term project or you need a temporary accomodation until your home is ready to move in. The apartments are furnished, fully equipped for daily life and provided with all amenities, so you can feel comfy all around.

Yes, they are.

In-house, on the ground floor, you find a bakery and a butcher shop, a pharmacy is vis-à-vis and doctors within a radius of 200 m.  Supermarkets are located in Frontenhausener Str. in walking distance.
