The history of the landmarked building Stammler leads back to the 15th century. For many generations of the Stammler family the object accomodated a brewery inn with a butcher shop. After its acquisition the Balk Group reconstructed the building extensively in 2020. On the ground floor, there are retail shops, a bakery and a butcher shop. Both upper levels were rebuilt into 15 serviced apartments.
